Nice and pleasant stay, had an issues with heating system at the room, but duty Manager Perla did her best to help and solve the problem, Only comment i have is the bed mattress was so soft , which is not my preference, Else all was very good .

When we got there the room i stayed in was hot. After troubleshooting the a/c with no luck, the staff immediately accommodated us to a different room where it was perfect temperature plus I had the option to open the window.
