Staff were really helpful, rooms were small but we weren't in them much because we were out exploring the city. My mother was with a wheelchair, and the hotel does not have access to cars, you need to be dropped off at several feet away and walk up a steep hill. Also, there was a construction in the building next to the hotel and they work overnight, which was not announced on their website, so for 2 nights I had a hard time sleeping. "This is small hotel in the sultanhemet area of fatih. It is very quite and our room had sea views. It is convenient for all the main attractions in sultanhemet with the hegia sofia, blue mosque and topaki palace all being a short walking distance. It is convenient for the bazaars as well. The tram system is close too so it is possible to explore further afield if you want to. What i really liked about this hotel was the care the staff gave. Always more than happy to help.
