    Ideally located, this T2 is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, whether you come to discover the treasures of Auvergne or for a business trip!

    The apartment is through on one side, the boulevard, (but with a view of the plane trees), on the other, a view of the courtyard of the town hall and one of the Issoire reaches (canal)

    The accommodation
    The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests:

    • The bedroom: a separate sleeping area with a double bed and a small desk practical for nomadic workers

    • The living room: convertible corner sofa (sleeps 2 additional people), coffee table, bar area with two stools, and a TV

    • The kitchen: fully equipped — fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A dining area for 4 people.

    • The bathroom: small but functional
