"2 usesble bathrooms, not 4. Clean but lacking any comfort. One, twoseater sofa for 11 people, no other seating except dining chairs. The cupboards are full of someones effects, this lets the property down. The grounds were lovely but overgrown, balcony views obscured by plant growth, disappointing. The ground was wet all the time because grass was uncut. No hot tub, no spa. No sunbeds. Garden furniture very basic. No WiFi. We paid extra for sheets snd towels but these were very poor; dirty...

"Chez papi et mamie : tout est dans le titre ! Maison assez spacieuse avec un grand jardin et une place de parking mais elle est vieillotte voire très défraîchie. Si on laisse de côté les chaises branlantes, les volets qui ferment mal ou le papier peint décollé, la literie est confortable, la TV et le Wifi fonctionnent bien et le quartier est calme. "We stayed in Beaucele for two week weeks in August. We wanted to canoe on the Cele and the location of the house was perfect for this. There were five of us in total, myself and four teenagers ranging from 13 to 17. We brought our own canoes, but there are many well organised businesses renting canoes for very reasonable prices including the transfer to your starting point, which might be a simpler way of doing this. Philippe kindly drove me back to where I had left the car at our starting point...

The house and setting were beautiful, the pool was an absolute delight, the river was close by and deliciously cooling and everything was high quality, worked well and had been thoroughly thought through. Highly recommended. The only thing that could have improved it would be air conditioning in all the bedrooms rather than just the largest. All round though it was superb."
