The rooms are incredible (we had a junior suite and I was really impressed) the ambience of the public spaces is warm, friendly and convivial and the staff are stellar -particular shout out to Rida in the restaurant who hit the balance being professional and attentive at all times and personal and warm when the opportunity arose. It was particularly amusing to find some of the most beautiful and friendly cats wandering around the hotel alongside a fat and friendly labrador and can you believe it... five tortoise All in all it was a top stay"

"Beachfront resort (private section for hotel), large but low-rise accommodation surrounding large pool, with other smaller pools, including a mini waterpark, three a la carte restaurants (booking expected), huge buffet hall with many rooms, four bars including pool bar,... Most guests are on all-inclusive and there is a great choice of many cuisines and menus. Rooms are spotless, well equipped and modern. Comfy beds, smart bathroom, sky tv ,safe, minibar fridge. Great relaxing holiday."
