"The room was amazing with a spectacular view overlooking downtown Seattle with nearby cafes and restaurants. The staffs were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spick and span, the housekeeping staff kept it real clean. Except for the lifts, where there were four but only one worked, which made it a real challenge when you had to leave or arrive early. Otherwise the hotel was just amazing. Would love to stay again."
