"Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone considering a stay. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, and while it was a bit small, it was still comfortable. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and very polite—even going out of their way to open the door for guests at the entrance. The only downside was that only one elevator was working during the stay, which was an inconvenience and resulted in longer waits. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again."

"WE ARRIVED AT 9AM AND WEREN'T CHECKED IN UNTIL WE COMPLAINED LATER IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN WE SAW OTHERS CHECKED AS THEY ARRIVED. WE WERE TOLD SOME STRANGE TALE ABOUT THE KIND OF ROOM WE WERE GETTING. MADE NO SENSE AT ALL. SERVICE WAS GOOD AFTER CHECK IN BUT CHECK IN WAS A NIGHTMARE. "

"The staff at the front desk were great! They were very accommodating in storing our luggage prior to our check in. They also arranged transportation to and from the port for our group.. our room was quite comfortable and breakfast in the morning was wonderful! My compliments to the entire staff!"
