Executive Hotel Pacific

Executive Hotel Pacific

8/10 Good
"It was what we needed for a girls weekend. I appreciated the free luggage storage after checkout the most. Was not a fan of their "humanless" checkin process. It wasn't very user friendly so it required the help of the front desk person anyway, which felt burdensome. When you start to automate human skills, and they don't land, it is poor customer service. Everything else was nice. I aslo enjoyed having access to a lounge with the microwave for eating leftovers, though it was a bit challenging to figure out where it was. Our key did not work for the door which had a label that didn't seem obvious that it was for guests. Turns out the door was unlocked and didn't need the key card to open it, but I didn't know that until I had the front desk person personally show me which door it was and how to get in."
