House on the beach is a splendid two-story beachfront house, each floor with independent access, perfect for those looking for a beach holiday.

The house is located exactly in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, just cross the road.

The property was completely renovated in 2021.

An external staircase leads to the first floor, with a perimeter balcony that opens onto the beautiful terrace also facing the sea.
