"Great hotel really big size about 20 min walk to casino or bus stop right outside. Lovely kitchen area and receptionist sorted taxi for us to get to airport at reasonable price and made up coffee and water complimentary while we waited."

"We absolutely loved this hotel -the pool And view inside and out was beautiful! We had an amazing terrace room. everything was clean and staff were so friendly. I would highly suggest this hotel. The location was fantastic. Walking to casino and waterfront. Can't wait to return!!!"

"Good quality for a 3 star hotel. Great choice in Monte Carlo if you are looking to stay somewhere that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. A little out of the main centre but easy to walk everywhere and pretty close to the train station. Room was comfortable, well maintained and a reasonable size. Walk in shower. We even had a sea view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. More than adequate buffet breakfast"

"Lots to like about this hotel. The staff were great, hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Coffee maker , kettle , tea, coffee and a small free mini bar are very nice extras as well as a coffee and cakes available every afternoon in reception.The breakfast was extra but good value. We had a room with a balcony / sea view which was lovely- it's just very noisy sitting out as the hotel is on the main road . With the windows shut however you can hardly hear any noise . Parking is provided at a cost ( 25 euros per day on site or 15 euros in a secure car park 5 minutes walk away)- I think you would need to pre book in high season. The hotel is just on the outskirts of Menton so a mile to the Centre and maybe 2 miles to the old town which is lovely. Lots of restaurants in the centre and on the promenade along the route. We enjoyed l'avenue in particular. The only slight issue we had was that the room smelled of cigarette smoke on arrival - the staff thought it may be due to people smoking on nearby balconies? It wasn't pleasant but the staff offered sprays for the room etc and it faded after a few days but as smoking is allowed on balconies , if people leave doors open it may drift into the room. The hairdryer is also rubbish so if you need one I would take your own. Again the very helpful staff lent me one for a few days. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it ."
