"Pros: Super clean and modern facilities: The hotel is brand new, immaculate, spacious, and very clean. Location & Peacefulness: Excellent location that is super quiet, making for a great night's sleep. Breakfast Selection: The breakfast offers a good variety of choices. Cons & Areas for Improvement: Rooftop & Terrace Restrictions: The rooftop was inaccessible without prior notice at reception, and guests are strangely not allowed to eat on the nice terrace (even a takeaway pizza from the hotel). Breakfast Logistics: Major bottlenecks at breakfast—having only one two-slice toaster for 200 guests leads to long waits and complaints, and the coffee machines frequently run out of milk. Room Design Flaws: Extremely bright green emergency exit lights and flashing red fire alarm LEDs illuminate the entire room at night. A lack of hooks or a surface/table to place clean clothes in the bathroom. Staff & Service: The staff is clearly inexperienced and stressed, leading to awkward service moments—such as housekeeping knocking to clean the room at 8:15 AM on the first morning. Overall Verdict: The hotel has great potential with its modern build, cleanliness, and prime location, but the operational execution and room design details fall short of what the enamel/brand promises. With better staff training and a few practical adjustments, it could be a fantastic place to stay."

"Hampton Inn in the US has 24 hour free coffee and tea service available in the lobby area, which is the reason I always stay there, but the one in Venice didn’t have it. That was sad."

"The room was a little small but cozy no elevator on some of the property so we had to walk up to the 3rd floor. If you do stay at this hotel just ask if its the walk uo building or the regular place."

"Rooms were clean. We had a balcony that overlooked small canal. Easy walk from water bus station for convienance. Offered free trip to Murrano by water taxi - good luck getting back. Just beware. Breakfast was extra but very good. Not too far to walk to St Marks Square 10 to 15 minutes. Nicely decorated - nice hotel."

"Hilton Molino was excellent would definitely stay here 10 more times again! Would definitely recommend it to everyone. The location was excellent wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I am in Venice. Definitely when I go back I am staying here!"
