"Dont book this property- they don't tell you it's next to a construction site with loud drilling noise starting at 7 am. There were several powercuts, with people getting stuck in the lift, unable to get into our apartment at night and wifi constantly shuts off. The power cut out at least 7 times during my 1 week stay. "My wife and I really enjoyed our week in Palermo. Despite souring temperatures the apartment was very comfortable and ideally placed to experience the many and varied experiences of this wonderful city. My only criticism was the kitchen facility was rather small and lacked equipment for anything other than making hot drinks and very simple meals."

"We slept wery well in this apartment. Air conditioning was very efficient and there was no traffic noise. Two bedrooms with lots of closet space. Separate kitchen and a living room. The hostess was very friendly and responsive. We could walk to all sights in old town. The apartment is in 3rd floor with no elevator - good excercise."

"The location is fantastic and I enjoyed that the bedrooms were well separated from the living spaces of the apartment. Had everything you need, including closet and drawer space, shower amenities, towels, linens, etc. has a clothes washer and line for drying as well. The rooftop terrace was great with an ocean view and plenty of seating. Highly recommended!"

"Siamo arrivati , e non c'era nessuno ad attenderci ho dovuto chiamare più volte per mettermi in contatto con la padrona di casa , ha mandato un ragazzo dopo piu di un'ora ad aspettare fuori la porta..poi saliti su era tutto sporco , non avevano pulito siamo dovuti riscendere per far pulire la casa e siamo stati 3 ore fuori , poi finalmente arrivati nella casa , abbiamo visto che non funzionano i televisori nelle camere , e non è vero. Che la casa a 3 stanze ma 2 ...molto male"

"Property is clean with good air conditioning. Nice bedrooms and lounge. Kitchen is a little small and lacks a few decent sized pans but if you want to eat out a fair bit its not a problem. No dishwasher! Location is very good for sandy beaches (5 mins by car) and you can get a train into palermo. Hours drive to cefalu or the south coast if you want to branch out and about. Swimming pool is smallish but fine for cooling off. "

"Check in 3pm and Check out time is 10am. This is so bad, normally should be 12 to 2pm. Because of the restaurant that is open in the courtyard of the hotel at night from 7:30 in the evening until night, it is not possible to be comfortable in the hotel and the hotel area is practically closed after 7. But the rooms are very clean and nice. And the sea and mountain view is great. The hotel restaurant offers many good tasting dishes for lunch time"
