Key Features include: large private pool with pool furniture and privacy fence surrounding the entire back yard, outdoor beach shower, large second floor sundeck, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer & dryer, cable television, WiFi, ceiling fans in every bedroom, outdoor gas grill (propane tanks may be exchanged at Island Realty office during normal business hours), and a custom made regulation size billiard table is located between the dining area and the living room.

Fireplace is not for guest use. Linens included. No smoking. Dogs allowed with $200 non-refundable fee (Max. 2 dogs).
