Please Note Prior to Booking: The condo is centrally located in the front beach area of Isle of Palms – near all of the wonderful to the beachfront restaurants and shops in the commercial district! Please be aware that The Windjammer is a beachfront restaurant and bar next door to the condo building that will occasionally host outdoor concerts that you can enjoy (for FREE!) right from your private balcony! If you would like to know the concert schedule ahead of your stay, please visit The Windjammer's website for all updated details. This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!
As you enter this beautiful Condo you have Bedroom 3 with two twin beds and a full bathroom on the right of the entrance hall. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and a full bathroom which you can also enter from the entrance hall. The master bedroom has gorgeous ocean views, a king-sized bed and a large private bathroom. The very well equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up meals for your family and friends. The dining table comfortably seats 6 with more seating at the kitchen bar area. The living area is a perfect place to gather, relax or enjoy playing some of the available board games or you can enjoy a cocktail on the spacious private balcony and soak up the spectacular views!
*Please Note: Absolutely No Pets or Golf Carts are permitted on the property. No Smoking inside the unit! Fines will be assessed. *The two-car limit is also strictly enforced.*
This home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. No exceptions! Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2 car limit is also strictly enforced. (assigned parking spaces) This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (8) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival. 2026 pool dates are projected to be open March 1st -October 31st depending on weather and safe water temperatures.

Code to gates were changed and we were not notified leaving our first arriving guest at (4:50 pm) unable to get in.Adults stayed int the twin bed room, there were no hangers and no drawers to put clothing anywhere other than in suitcases on the floor, While someone used the shower in twin room the only other mirror was not in a useable position but tucked in a corner. Oven was dirty and smoked when we used it. Other than that the condo was beautiful with a wonderful view. We had a wonderful time with our life-long friends.
The condo was well laid out and very comfortable with a fabulous location. Only complaint is that there was a lingering smoke smell (presumably the group who stayed there before us) and the fridge had a distinct fish smell (ditto?) when we went to put our food away.Didn't keep us from having a good time, though. Thank you!
It was a beautiful ocean view and the accommodations were very nice. Unfortunately, the music right next door was loud and inescapable. There were concerts on Saturday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights plus warm ups during the day. We left before our reserved days were up. I understand why the music was not mentioned in any info about the condo but it ruined our hope for a restful time.
Clean condo with a nice view of the ocean. Do have several loud concerts at the bar directly next door at night but usually done by 10. Says no smoking or pets but had several guests there with both.
My wife and I stayed here with our 8-month-old baby girl, and we couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway. The apartment was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to find a couple of baby items already available, which made things just a little easier for us as new parents.The view was stunning, and the easy access to the beach made morning and evening strolls a breeze. The place came stocked with beach towels, and the kitchen had every utensil and appliance we could possibly need. We cooked several meals during our stay, and everything was seamless.The pool area was well-maintained and relaxing, and the outdoor grill was spectacular—definitely one of the highlights of the trip. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, which we really appreciated with a baby in tow.All in all, a perfect spot for a family beach vacation. Highly recommended—we'd love to come back!
Despite the description saying the property wasn’t to be used by young partying people, those who are unlucky enough to rent this unit are trapped in the middle of the Windjammer bands and loud crowds from 4:30 in the afternoon until 11:00. Forget sitting on the balcony looking at the beach…you’re met with a deafening band for long hours. Forget sleeping in the master bedroom…you are part of the band on stage.Also, slipcovers in living area worn out and shabby…Dirty mattress cover on master bed…need new pillows on beds everywhere…The pits. Entire building needs painting…not appealing at all. Dreadful experience.
