Deluxe Oceanfront Condo in Summer House with stunning Oceanfront views from the living room, master bedroom and well-appointed deck. Unit 505 is a completely renovated condo from which to enjoy the historic city, fine restaurants and coastal charm of Charleston. Guests will find gleaming hardwood floors, tasteful decorations and comfortable furnishings that create a wonderful beachfront retreat. In addition, Summerhouse is located on one of the best sections of the beach yet has a community pool with poolside restroom.

The master bathroom was recently renovated! Enjoy the beautiful new shower after a long day at the beach! The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, comfortable bedding with quality bed and bath linens. The Bedrooms also have room darkening curtains or shades. The sizable table and well-stocked kitchen will facilitate preparation and enjoyment of all meals.

To relax, the living area is well appointed for watching your favorite entertainment on the huge TV. Or, step onto the balcony to sit and savor the rhythm of the waves. The North East facing balcony also provides a shady retreat during the warmth of the afternoon.

Comfortably sleeps six: King in MBR; Queen, twin daybed and twin chair-bed (which can be moved to MBR) in 2nd BR.

*Summer House complex has been under construction the past 2 off-seasons. The work on this building was completed in June 2024, but continuing work on the adjacent building will take place during the off-season (September - May 2025). Noise and disruptions possible.
