Welcome to our beautiful Seaside Sanctuary, located in the desirable Grand Pavilion section of Wild Dunes. This location offers all of the amenities of Wild Dunes while maintaining peace and tranquility. Our home is located one row off the Boardwalk and just steps away from the Grand Pavilion ocean front pools, dining and shopping. As our guests, you have full access to the Boardwalk ocean front pools. Across the street are the top ranked Wild Dunes tennis center, bike shop and Harbor golf course.
This 4BR/4BA home affords guests their own private suite with private bathroom and flat screen TV. Bedrooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to store luggage and share space with smaller children if needed. The 2 master bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with two Double/full beds are located on the first floor and on the fourth floor. The fourth floor Master has a private balcony with ocean views. The second floor offers two bedrooms with four Full/double beds total, each with a private bathroom.
The newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen sits just off the living room and can accommodate nine for a seated dinner with 4bar stools and the dining table that seats 6 comfortably. In addition to the flat screen smart TV in the living room, we offer WiFi throughout the house. Just off the living room you will find a lovely porch with additional seating that overlooks the courtyard. On the porch, you can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or glass of wine while listening to the sounds of the ocean!
Additionally, there is a full sized stacked washer and dryer on the first floor and a top of the line HVAC system affording you plenty of AC when you return from the beach.
There is ample parking for 3 vehicles in the garage as well as an outside shower to wash off any excess sand prior to entering the house.
