The kitchen could have better stocked with basics like kitchen shears, salt and pepper and plastic wrap/foil and garbage bags. For a week stay it was unreasonable to expect guests to buy kitchen garbage bags. The faucet in the upstairs bath was loose and could be pulled off.

Lovely townhouse in wonderful Wild Dunes. Great view of the golf course. Easy access to pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Living space is beautiful. Kitchen sufficiently stocked.Upstairs bedrooms and living space were very warm compared to lower level bedrooms. Living space could use fans for cooling. Difficult to find ocean access. Carpet in two bedrooms needs replacing. Lots of stains. Numerous dishwasher starter packs were provided but no starter washing machine pods were provided.

Beautiful inside and out.

Very nice property. Everything user friendly and 5star.Only thing that I saw that should be considered is the A/C didn’t always have the upstairs, where the living room, kitchen and upstairs bedroom are, at an optimal temperature. With that being said, I recommend highly and would stay here with my family again.

Nice property

Very nice finishes inside and an enjoyable stay. No electrical outlet on the front of the property if you're thinking of renting a cart, and no place to hose off sand (not really a big deal to us, but the owner may not want people tracking it inside).

Very nice, clean property in the quiet Wild Dunes gated community. Pool and tennis courts right next door. Beach 10-minute walk away. 15-minute drive to restaurants. Beds are firm. 2 enclosed patios are great for enjoying the outdoors without the bugs.

Location and house layout were good. The property's floors were filthy. The carpets in the bedrooms were stained, very dirty, and needed to be replaced. The check-in could have been much easier. It could have been done with a DocuSign document, and the house code could have been texted or emailed. Would not stay again unless the management company guaranteed cleanliness. This is the 2nd property that has been dirty with this management company.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The biggest issue involved the stairs and the very tight fit between doors and surrounding area. The The twenty-five steps to reach the general living quarters was not well suited for people over 65 years of age. Not a bad supply of cooking utensils and dishes, but not great either.

Beautiful place but description needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place itself is very nice. The disappointing aspects that kept it from 5 stars are the amenities states it has a garage but actually its locked and not accessible. Therefore the 2 vehicle capacity means that only 1 car fits in the drive and the other has to park down the street. A little inconvenient. Lastly, the description states it accommodates 8 guests but there are only 3 beds and no sleeper sofa so I'm not sure how. Overall a beautiful place and would still stay there again. Would just recommend updating the description to make more accurate.
