Direct Oceanfront w/ Views! Pool Access, screened porch - 202B Port O Call

Breathtaking ocean views from every room!

This lovely second floor villa has a full ocean views from the bedroom, living room, and screened porch! There is hardwood floors throughout the villa, new windows and a sliding glass doors to better take in the ocean views and natural light. The bedroom has a king bed and the bathroom was just updated with a brand new tile shower. Both the living room and master bedroom have TV's. The living room has a Smart TV as well as cable to enjoy Netflix and other streaming options. There is a pullout couch for additional guests in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, with a café table in the kitchen and counter top seating for a quick meal after beach or pool time! There is a drip coffee maker in the unit. The condo also has a small, stackable washer and dryer. All bed linens and bath towels are provided, along with a starter supply of paper products and detergents.

Enjoy the surrounding areas of Wild Dunes offering two championship golf courses, wildlife, miles of bike paths, and pristine beaches. Just a short drive to Mount Pleasant and Downtown Charleston where you can explore historical attractions and dine at great restaurants.

Furniture is a bit tired. We needed a dust pan to scoop up sand. Loved the ocean view. Dead critters were on the bottom of the pool all week.

Location and views are the star with this condo. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. However, the space and decor are outdated and there is a musty smell. Overall we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Excellent view, attractively decorated, close to beach, plenty of towels for the 2 of us...comfortable K bed...tiny kitchen, but sufficient. We did find we're too old to enjoy dragging the chairs/umbrella, etc. from VayKLife to the beach. Though much cheaper than gear that is set up for you each day, we won't use them again.

Great location with beach views

Carolina One was fantastic to work with. Great communication about issues with this location. Negatives: This unit really needs some upgrades. Ceiling was leaking, the bed was off level, trash can was busted up, patio furniture needs to be replaced, low water pressure, and the pool area was filthy. Looking at the other properties here, we will not be choosing this one next time.Positives: Proximity to the beach was unmatched. We spent most of our stay on the beach or sitting on the patio looking at.... the beach.

Lovely stay right on the beach!

We property was very nice and clean. When we had an issue the management was very quick to resolve. Loved the screen in porch! Neighbors above a little noisy with footsteps, but overall wondeful stay!

Lovely stay

Enjoyed our stay at Port O call. Terrific view of the ocean. Wish it had been warm enough to enjoy the screened in porch. Construction noise was heard especially upon arrival and for the next few days when they were working on the elevator walls right by the unit but wasn't horrible. Our bad luck to be here when they were working there. That said, crews clearly marked safe entrance areas and did not start until 8:30 AM. All in all a lovely stay with no rain and walks on the beach.

Great stay at Port O Call condo!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo in Port O Call Wild Dunes. It was so close to the beach, we loved the views of the ocean the condo provided. We were very comfortable there, the perfect size for just me and my husband.

Memorial Day 2024

We were very happy with our stay at his location. Easy access once we checked in at front gate. The beach access was excellent. Weather could not have been better. Screen porch was a blessing. Disappointed we could not get Braves baseball but that is on Ballys. The only thing missing is easy access to a bar for after beach beverages with umbrellas.

Watch the sunrise from your bed!

The location and view were fantastic! Great get away for couples!! Only complaint was that there was only 1 - washcloth and 1 - hand towel. There were 2 towels though 😊

Outdated, needs a good cleaning

The view is really the only thing going for this condo. Unfortunately the owners removed the patio furniture so we didn’t even have a place to sit and enjoy the view until our trip was almost over they then delivered a metal table and chairs that smelled like spray paint so bad you could barely sit in them. House is outdated and needs a good cleaning. There was dust accumulating on the walls. Dishes were dirty and put back with lip prints on them. Floors were dirty. Sheets had hair on them. The pool was closed which was not a fault of owner however, it was never communicated to us. There’s not much to do on the island and it’s a 30 to 40 minute drive into Charleston

The view, oh the view!

Absolutely perfect location if you are looking for a front row view of the beach and the ocean. Very easy access to the beach. Nicely furnished. The condo was clean and well equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, sheets and towels. Only complaint: the mattress and pillows could definitely use to be updated.

Great location. Needs work done.

We have stayed in 4 different condos in this building and loved them. They were all in great condition and floor plan exactly like 202B. We did have problems with this one. When we arrived one pane was cracked in dining area window The bed desperately needs a new box spring and mattress. When we went to bed we both ended in the depression in middle of the bed. Did not depend if one or both of us were in the bed, lost a lot of sleep. The recessed light can over the right side of bed looked like it was going to fall out, one side was about 3 inches out of ceiling. It was the same with two of the three hanging lights over the counter in kitchen. Finally, someone installed the shower curtain rod the wrong way. Instead of bowing out to give more room in the shower it was installed bowing in😳. Both of us were constantly fighting the curtain while showering. I contacted Carolina One on the window and shower curtain, but was told with the holiday didn’t know if they could get maintenance in to fix. The other items we just gave up on after hearing this. I took pictures of everything I have talked about.

Perfection

This condo was absolute perfection. The view of the ocean, and the short walk to it, made it one of the best vacations I've had. I'm not a beach person, so we went in November when its not a gazillion degrees. We could sit at the beach and just listen to the waves. I woke up almost every morning and watched the sunrise over the ocean. The condo was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. And the elevator was helpful, even though we were only on the second floor. If I could change anything, I'd replace the mattress with something firmer. I have a bad back and the mattress was too soft. Saying that, I'd still stay there again.
