"I’m a World of Hyatt member who recently stayed at Sweetgrass Inn at Wild Dunes. I booked through Expedia, not realizing it was a Destination by Hyatt property. Had the Hyatt affiliation been clear, I absolutely would have booked directly and used my member benefits. Instead, I incurred resort/destination and parking fees I might otherwise have avoided. I understand Hyatt’s third-party rules, but I’m requesting a goodwill review and reimbursement or credit for these charges."
"Day staff were awful. They didn't greet our vehicles upon arrival & continued to greet other vehicles. After 15 minutes we got out of the vehicles and asked if they were going to help us & where we needed to go. They said yeah just go check in & gave us a ticket. We had to request that they bring a cart for our bags & ask again how the valet service worked. Luke had no idea what was going on & disappeared to the point we had to go looking for him again as there was no one else there to help....
