Beautiful Isle of Palms home with heated spa and private pool! Close to beach!

Welcome to the Brick Pearl!! This immaculate home in the middle of Isle of Palms has it all! With 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, the open concept living room/dinning area & kitchen offers the perfect setting for family gatherings or friends looking to reunite!
Their is a private spa and pool in the backyard (the spa is heated but the pool is not. There are not pool lights.)
Enjoy your morning coffee or have dinner on the screen porch overlooking the private pool & hot tub. The large enclosed outdoor shower is perfect after a fun day on the sand.
Each bedroom has has a shabby chic decor and modern furniture.
All furnishings in living room, screened porch, and dinning area are new as of 2023 as well as a brand new King Bed in the master.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home, new stainless steel appliances and fixtures. The home is professionally cleaned between each guest including extra precautions in light of recent events.
The home is handicap accessible. There are ramps to both the front and back entrances. One bedroom has an expanded door to fit wheelchairs and the bath also has an expanded door with hand rails for the shower/tub.
The home is located on 24th Ave, Isle of Palms which is a quiet street only 3 blocks to the beach. (5 minute walk)

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. Pool towels are provided but we do not provide beach chairs.
Pool cleaning: We get the pool cleaned every Monday and Friday, extra cleanings cannot be accommodated but there is a skimmer net that can be used as you see fit.
