2 Rooftop decks, pool/elevator. Downtown IOP, 1 blk from beach. Pet friendly!

  • Come enjoy a true IOP experience at the Sea Glass house! With 8 bedrooms and 7 baths, you will have plenty of room for your family or group. It’s in a prime location to walk to the restaurants, shops and bars in the front beach area of IOP. After a short walk back from the beach during the day, you can enjoy the pool in the afternoon or gather on 1 of the 2 rooftop decks. Amazing views of east and west for a beautiful sunrise or sunset.

    The light-filled open kitchen and great room offers plenty of seating and space for all. The bedrooms are spacious and seven of the eight bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The elevator goes from the garage up to the roof top level. All bedrooms have 43 inch 4k Samsung Smart TVs. Some of the updates under new ownership include family room and kitchen furnishings, yard improvements, landscape lighting, larger TVs, all new linens, redesigned garage/game room area with a shuffle board/pool table and TV, corn hole, new outdoor rooftop deck conversation seating, general art and décor, a new grill, Xbox and Keurig coffee maker.

We had a group of 10 and this house was perfect for our group. The house is spacious and well equipped (except for pool towels). It's ideally close to the beach and several restaurants. Definitely the perfect house for larger groups. The property management company was very responsive and professional.

Amazing stay for a girls weekend away. Property was fantastic and a very short walk to local bars, restaurants and beach as well as the grocery store. House had all the beach and kitchen gear we needed. Would absolutely stay again.

40th Birthday Friends Getaway

House was amazing and hosts were accommodating. Love how there are so many bedrooms and they aren’t just cramming ten beds into one room. The house was great for our large group. Location was right in the heart of everything and walkable to the beach. Pool was perfect and there were lots of pool and beach chairs and lots of fun games in the garage and outside.

Our extended family of 16 people stayed and never once felt crowded. The living area was spacious and the house was extremely clean. We spent a ton of time on the first floor with all the games and pool. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation spending time with family celebrating my mother's 80th birthday. We had a wide range of ages and found the property perfect for everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable time (there were 15 of us). The house is kept up well and had ample space for everybody. We enjoyed the large kitchen and rec room on the garage level. The proximity to the beach and restaurants/shopping made getting out really convenient. We had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying at this property again with a group that large.

Spacious Rental Close to the Beach

We booked a stay for a family trip over Labor Day weekend, following Hurricane Idalia. We were able to check in early and the check in process was seamless. Communication with the property management group was quick- we ran into a slight issue of AC not working well on our first night, but they had multiple people out to fix it within 24 hours. We also had issues with debris in the pool following the storm that the property management group quickly addressed and had someone out the next morning to clean. The house had so many games, activities, etc. for the whole family and it was nice each bedroom had it's own private bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and the responsiveness of those taking care of us- highly recommend!

Amazing Property! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

We booked this property for my bachelorette party and it was perfect. The host was very accommodating and responsive through the booking process and the week leading up to the trip. They were very flexible with allowing early check in and late check out for our group and sent lots of great information prior to check in, i.e. wifi password, management contacts, weekly lawn/pool cleaning schedule and much more. We only experienced one minor issue during our stay, the fuses in the bathrooms shorted one evening but the management team came to address it within the hour. Another huge plus was the elevator in the house. It made unloading luggage and groceries very easy! The house is in a great location just one block from the public beach access. It is also very close to lots of amazing beach bars and restaurants. I would absolutely book this property again for another trip to Charleston. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Awesome house for any occasion!

Huge family room / kitchen area perfect for socializing. Great long table / comfy couches. Smart TV so we were able to connect a laptop via Bluetooth. Great game room / space in the garage to hang out. unfortunately it rained so we weren't able to use the pool, but we did see that someone came to the house to get the leaves out of the pool one day. equipped kitchen. Might want to bring some additional paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Loved how every room had it's own bathroom. Huge primary suite with large bathroom. Lots of stairs and elevator was sort of iffy so make sure your guests can do stairs before you book! Great walkable location! Literally right next to Acme Low Country Kitchen which had a phenomenal brunch. Beach totally walkable. Windjammer / other bars and shops walkable too. overall it was perfect for our girls getaway weekend and we had a blast!
