With an inverted floor plan, the living room, dining area, sunroom, and master bedroom are all located on the second level of the home. The living room opens into the sunroom that offers views of ancient oaks looking towards the ocean. It’s a chef’s kitchen with heart pine floors, granite countertops, wonderful appliances, and a kitchen bar. The master suite boasts a large bath, whirlpool tub, deck, and separate office space. A king bed is located in the master suite.
The first level features three bedrooms with two full baths. A second king bedroom is located on the first level of the home featuring a balcony, as well as a day bed with a trundle. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and these two rooms share a full bath. The third bedroom on this level has two twin beds and its own bathroom. Finally, the first level features a television room with oversized chairs. This is the perfect place to catch the game or for the kids to hang out and watch their favorite movie.

- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the home's pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
