"All the staff very extremely helpful and professional. We stayed in the gatehouse with our dog which was ideal. Our only issues were the works required in the bathroom, there has obviously been a leek at some point the wall paper is coming away and the ceiling is stained, the tiles on the on the shower floor are loose and could cause an injury."

I got there early and they kept my bags safe for me and when I came back to check in, they were waiting for me in my room! The restaurant on site was top quality with delicious options for dinner and breakfast! Will absolutely be coming back here!"

"This hotel has it all -- perfect location overlooking the Old Course, excellent staff, great restaurants, clean and spacious rooms, comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning, etc. We loved it and wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Host is lovey. This is an old pub that’s being converted into various rooms on the top 2 floors. Bathrooms are not on-suite however their are adequate facilities to be shared amongst the rooms so this wasn’t an issue for me. Value for money is second to none. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious enough for 1-2 travellers. Downstairs their is a kitchen and eating area (multiple booths) so you can prepare and cook your own food. Not much to do in the area, with a pub nearby and some local convenience shops and takeaways around 5 minutes drive away. Perfect stop for any contractors working in the area, or anyone looking for a base whilst doing local walks and hiking. For what you pay per night it’s a bargain and the host is really trying to get things ready for the future when this will no doubt be a mainstay for visitors looking for affordable accommodation in the Leven area. "
