"My daughter and I absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Lochead Chalet. It's in a wonderful spot right on the loch side, and oh my it is so very peaceful! The chalet itself was a perfect size for we two adults and our little dogs and we found it very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Karlina in the Ellary estate office was lovely too. A beautiful location for a holiday and a charming place to stay - highly recommended. "

"lovely location, some of the kitchen items could have been of a better quality but did not deflect from the stay.The weather was not kind to us so unable to take full advantage of the walks around the area but enjoyed watching the wild life while in the dry and warmth.Correspondence was excellent right up to the day we arrived."

"Lovely new property at the back of Lochgilphead. Only a 10 minute walk to the shops and 15 minute to the shore. The Crinan Canal is only a 5 minute walk and Lochgilphead golf course is a well maintained, short 9 holes course. We had a lovely relaxing stay"

"The property was cold and damp, some Mould, with little care. The radiator heating didnt come on automatically, seemed to be set at a low temperature. It could be overridden at individual radiators but that didn't always work and we never got the living room radiator to work. It was reported in August by another victim but a month later nothing had been done. There was an electric fire in the living room but was very temperamental. Sometimes it had to be switched off for a while to reset. For...
