"Value for money if you're on a budget. Positives are location with a private beach and kind of out of the crowded spots of Mauritius. Excellent staff and Mr. Shreeni the manager is an asset for their company. He manages his clients efficiently. Negatives are power cuts & related water problems are there, bit of a old villa and not a carpeted one for a 3 star status. "

"Filthy place. Not half what is advertised. Dirt pool, dirty fridge. No free wifi no free cable tv, not even a bed sheet to cover during the night. 2 towels for 4, of which one scratched. Safety concerns with broken elec near the pool. Room not ready on arrival, breakfast not ready the next day (very basic) birds eating the pervious day leftovers in the restaurant kitchen, not clean either."

"The villa is as described, lovely and peaceful location. Having the beach at the end of the garden was perfect. We had a car, so we were able to travel to places. Even though it is a long way from places like Fli en Flac or Le Morne, we still made trips there. We plan to stay there again as the peace and tranquility there was just what we were looking for. "

"La villa est très bien placée, à quelques mètres d'une très belle plage. Il faut une voiture car il n'y a aucun commerce et restauration accessibles à pied à proximité. La maison est grande mais n'a rien d'une villa de rêve : manque d'entretien général. C'est dommage car il suffirait de quelques petits travaux et nouvelle décoration pour la rendre plus agréable à vivre. Il faudrait la traiter également contre les cafards. Nous n'avons eu aucun accueil, ni de contact avec le propriétaire durant...

"Dominique's villa is every bit as beautiful as the photos on the website. The house was clean and tidy and interestingly laid out with lots of different spaces to sit and eat, both inside and outside. Having the canoes to use from the beach was a lovely addition and we enjoyed using them. Bernadette and Sandhi were incredibly helpful and kind and prepared some meals for us which was a great help. Transport was well organised and the hire car was ideal for getting around the island [we did need...

"Beautiful property- everything was just perfect- spacious bedrooms with bathrooms, saloon, kitchen. Beautiful garden, with nicely maintained plants, spacious swimming pool and swimming pool area. Views….Each day very nice lady- Sante was cleaning the house and with additional fee she was cooking really tasty meals. Very good contact with property manager- Danny- perfect check in process easy to contact, reply and propose to all your questions. Definitely you need a car."

"We have family who live in Mauritius and wanted somewhere that was not a big hotel where we could gather. This villa was perfect! More then enough space for people to gather. Patio was amazing and each bedroom had plenty of space. On top of that the housekeeper was excellent and was able to help with any request we might have had. Unfortunately due to it being winter we were unable to utilize the beautiful pool as much as we would like. We even utilized the massage in the house with private...

"The property was delightful and the host, Rama, was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive to our need for adjustments due to our flight schedule helping make our transit to and from the airport less stressful. Rama was also accommodating to our various questions and needs during the stay. The pool was clean and very refreshing and the beach is just a short walk down the hill. We couldn't ask for a better host! We will definitely recommend this property to any of our friends heading...

"We had a lovely family stay at Crystal Resort. My children enjoyed the waterpark and the access to the beach! The staff are so friendly! Djevin brings so much energy to his role - he was amazing with keeping us entertained and laughing throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!"

"The resort is fantastic. We had a wonderful time there for the 9 days we were there. The food is delicious, the beach is beautiful and the resort has quite a lot of fun activities, some of which included if you have the right package. The hotel has taxis nearby which are needed every time you want to go out as it is quite far from anything else than the local beach and golf course."

"If you’re dreaming of paradise, look no further than Constance Prince Maurice in Mauritius — an absolute gem that somehow manages to be both incredibly luxurious and completely relaxed. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — warm, thoughtful and genuine. Every detail was taken care of, and nothing was too much trouble. The food? Out of this world. Fresh seafood, fragrant curries, the best breakfast spread I’ve seen (and I take my breakfasts very seriously). But what truly set it apart for us was the kids club. Our 8-year-old was in heaven — from cooking classes to beach treasure hunts and movie nights, he was constantly buzzing with excitement. It gave us time to truly unwind, knowing he was happy and safe with the loveliest team who made him feel like royalty. Constance Prince Maurice gave us the perfect end to our big family adventure — calm, beauty, and memories we’ll never forget. Already dreaming of going back. "
