"It's $100 mxn (pesos) deposit when arriving. Just a heads up. Wifi didn't work well. It kept disconnecting. Air conditioner didn't work in our unit even following instructions to wait 5 min. Not a big deal at the moment we didn't need it. Room can feel small. Yet again. I am 6 foot 400 lbs. I was comfortable regardless. The staff is great, the until was clean and morning breakfast was delicious. They give you a voucher for breakfast so make sure not to lose it. It includes a complimentary chilaquiles if you order. It is not a buffet, but they allow you to serve your self twice. Eggs with onions, beans, pasta salad, salad, squash in salsa roja. They also have a menu so you can order other breakfast items with 10% off since you are staying at the hotel. Overall it is great experience. The wifi doesn't matter since we weren't in the hotel much other then to rest. My phone provider is ATT wich got great service regardless. Will stay again. "

"Hotel decor is contemporary, room was clean and spacious for a King Supreme, included the bed and a separate area w/ a fold down sofa, microwave, mini fridge, and a lot of space to get ready or just be. Staff was courteous and friendly. Only negative was the included continental breakfast. Taking into account is was the start of Spring Break and there being a lot of guests, the breakfast area was full, I waited for about 5 minutes for the main dishes to be replenished and nothing. I had to make due w/ a piece of bread w/ a slice of ham and cheese, albeit, very fresh."

"The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained, but unfortunately the overall customer service could use some work. One surprising drawback was the lack of room service, which felt unusual for a hotel of this caliber. That said, the on-site restaurant served pretty good food and was a highlight of the stay. Housekeeping could also use improvement. When the room was serviced, the bed was made quite messily, which took away from the overall experience. Additionally, it’s worth noting that the roads leading to the property are unpaved and in rough condition, so I’d strongly recommend arriving in an SUV or truck if possible. Overall, it was a decent stay thanks to the beautiful setting, but the service and upkeep could definitely be improved. "

"The hotel was very clean, the staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and rich with building aesthetics of period México. My only drawback would be if traveling with elderly or handicap they are limited in rooms that are leveled per staff. They do have an elevator but the top floor has a to get to some rooms outside of the elevator. Some of the rooms have a step down in the room. The breakfast is simply coffee and fruit bar and fruit. Other than that beautiful and clean. Would definitely come back!! "
