"We had a great visit with lots of space to hang out, play games, watch TV and cook. The house is well-equipped with kitchen items, towels, bathroom items etc. Location is close to beach, LIRR and tons of restaurants & shopping. Super convenient! We enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again, esp in summer months. "

"Perfectly located across the street from the beach, Edwin's property is exactly what my family and I wanted. Enough room for 2 adults, 3 teens and a toddler. Beautifully ronovated, short walking distance to town and the best view of the ocean from the master bedroom and living rooms. Edwin was great as far as communication and very welcoming. We look forward to staying here again."

"This is the second time we rented for 3+ weeks in Long Beach and this house was great. It was super clean, roomy for my family of 4 and best of all, was right near the beach on a quiet street. The owner was also easy to communicate with and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this and plan on staying again in the future!"

"The House has everything you need to make it the perfect beach home. Immaculate home with a beautiful beach theme interior - outside had all the amenities one would expect for a summer home. We loved the Pizza oven and had a great evening entertaining family. Owner made sure we had beach passes chairs and games to keep the kids entertained"

"The owners are lovely and were extremely helpful but we were forced to stay in the apartment one afternoon because the front door would not shut or lock. Heavy rain caused the door to swell. We barely got it closed and locked the first night; the owners managed after several hours to close and lock it the following day; but then we couldn't close or lock it the 3rd day. The wood door was clearly an issue in the past because it had been shaved down to fit the space. We would stay again but only...
