"Staff great parking easy"

"The hotel is in a perfect location downtown. The hotel is not very clean nor is it well maintained. Upon checkin we were assigned a room that was smoked in and in terrible condition. The staff was able to assign us a different room, better but still not good. There was another person in the lobby complaining about cockroaches in his room and the staff was offering to cancel his reservation for a $79 fee.. I never saw bugs in either of the rooms we had been assigned. We won’t be back."

It was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was great. Parking lot had good parking every time we returned to the hotel. It felt safe and was in a good area local to basic fast food, restaurants, and convenience stores. It was in good proximity to everywhere we wanted to go or ended up going.
