This is townhouse M3 and it accommodates 8 guests comfortably. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one has a king bed and the other has 3 sets of bunk beds (great for kids).
There is also a loft bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to form a king bed. This is a perfect sleeping spot for kids and young adults alike.
There is a full bathroom is upstairs and a full bathroom is downstairs to refresh after a day of exploring.
Gather in the living room on the sofa to watch a movie together on the flat-screen TV or enjoy a meal in the dining area that seats 6 plus 2 people on the kitchen counter.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary items to prepare and serve your meals. Outside, there is a BBQ and outdoor seating.
Amenities at the EBC include a communal heated pool, clubhouse, communal charcoal BBQ grills, picnic tables, beach, etc. Fishing allowed from the dock, but you may need a fishing license.
BONUS with your rental agreement you have free access to Founder's Park next door where you can enjoy the beach and snorkeling, etc. They often have free concerts and other free events too. The park has trails for running, walking and biking and more!
If you would like to bring your boat your can dock it at Founders Park for a reasonable fee, which is right next door to the Executive Bay Club. NO docking allowed at the EBC marina.
