"The house is centrally located, close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and overall comfortable. The plumbing, however, needs to be upgraded. The locals are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Granada is a safe city. You never feel concerned walking at any time of the day or night."

Buy your food in the small pulperias and have a chat with the local people, there is no supermarket in Catarina. I would easily spend a couple of weeks there. "Great little house, breeze throughout. The location is very convenient for Granada. The check-in and out process was easy. The cost for what you get was great. The only thing that takes away a star is unrelated to anything the owners can do. It sits right over a small stream that has a lot of garbage and a strong odor. The front of the house and by the indoor courtyard was fine, but it was hard to get used to the smell in the kitchen. "
