"After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. Let me be clear, the AC did not work AT ALL and when we returned it was hotter in the room than outside at 9pm. Couldn't open the windows or doors because the of the mosquitoes. "The staff is absolutely amazing. So very relaxed and helpful. The breakfast is a full bery tasty breakfast and the woman preparing it is wonderful. They even sent us off with a bagged lunch when we left earlier than 7am and had light crackers and cookies available throughout the day. Location is very convenient. They even have a separate area accessible to guests on the waterfront that we found to relax and read. I highly recommend but if you have difficulty with stairs I would suggest not staying here as reception is one floor up."

"This hotel far surpassed my expectations. The staff were SO nice and helpful. The room had great AC. There is a rooftop terrace for breakfast with great views of the bay, and a nice common area with a balcony, which again has great views. "A great hotel with beautiful amenities. Town is about 5-10 min walk away. They also have lounge, bar, outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub. Very beautiful setting with indoor and outdoor seating and free continental breakfast. The breakfast was buffet style and EXCELLENT! "
