Clean, Immaculate Beachfront 2nd Floor Condo #17 at Nautibeach

Only a 20 minute ferry ride from Cancun, Nautibeach Condos is located on the north side of Isla Mujeres on the most popular beach, Playa Norte.

Condo #5, #6, #9 and #17 are owned and managed by Katy and Dave Hochmayr, and are not part of the on-site rental pool. Our own rental office is located just before the entrance to Nautibeach. You will still have full access to the pool, beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We have wonderful staff available to help you with anything you may need during your stay.

Condo #17 is a two-bedroom condo on the second floor with a tropical garden and partial ocean vista. Both bedrooms have king size beds and the second bedroom has small sink with a vanity. Living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner cook-top. It is located on the second level and has a beautiful view of the gardens and a partial view of the pool and beach. Enjoy tranquil mornings and evenings from your private balcony overlooking the tropical gardens and pool.

Both bedrooms have king size beds. The second bedroom has small sink with a vanity. There is one bathroom.

Maid service (daily or as requested) is available at no extra charge. Tips are appreciated!

Located on our property is the restaurant, Mayan Beach Club - a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner and one of the best spots on the island for watching the sunsets. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided both around the pool and on the beach for our guests.

Enjoy a lovely 5 minute walk downtown to experience its many shops, restaurants, bars and local music.

We are very excited about our other project, Isla Retreats, that we completed in May 2017. All six villas are upscale, tastefully decorated, and fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay. All villas have Smart TVs, and high speed WiFi Internet. We provide beach towels and bath towels, high quality linens, a hair dryer, and iron/ironing board for your use. There is an in-room safe to store your valuables and passports. Maid service (daily or as requested) is available at no extra charge. There is on-site staff available to accommodate our guests in setting up golf cart rentals and other activities.

Our main goal for Isla Retreats is to provide an adults-only, tranquil and unique Caribbean-Mexican experience. Guests can get away from the hustle-bustle of downtown and everyday life to relax and savor the lovely island. We designed the common area to create a peaceful ambience featuring a heated salt-water pool with waterfalls, beach chairs and umbrellas, tropical gardens and an exquisite palapa. We wanted to keep as much green-space as possible, so we designed the property with many tropical plants and coconut trees. There are many extraordinary hand-carved marble and onyx sculptures throughout the property as well.
