This sweet little studio is a charming vacation hideaway. It features a queen-sized bed, bathroom, full kitchen, a private street-facing balcony, air conditioning, and convenient amenities like pool towels, linens and regular cleaning service.

The studio is located in Casa Perla — a beautiful, beachfront home that is split into three separate units (which can be rented individually or together, depending on availability). The properties share a gorgeous rooftop patio that has a large tanning/lounging area, a dipping pool, and an outdoor grill. Casa Perla is cozy, bright and offers an authentic experience of a Mexican villa with whitewashed walls, spaces that fuse the indoors with the outdoors, and bright bursts of color.

The Space:
This suite has a queen size bed, bathroom (sink, toilet and shower), full kitchen, table that seats four people. It also has a private patio where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset every evening and access to enjoy the shared roof top patio that has a very large sun tanning/lounging area and a pool. Can't beat the sun and the view from this area of the house!

Guest Access:
Guests from all three units will have access to the roof top patio and pool area.

The Neighborhood:
We love our neighbourhood because the neighbours are all very friendly and it's on a little dead-end street off the main road but still close to everything you need.

On the days you don't feel like making your own coffee and breakfast there is a very popular place just a block away, The Mango Café. We have a large grocery store that is walking distance from our house which will have everything you need including a liquor section, bakery, deli, beach accessories and lots of import food for the days that you are craving something from home.

A quick cab ride from the famous Playa Norte. Featured in numerous reviews as being one of the top 10 beaches in the world!

NOTE : The issue with the dogs across the street has been resolved. While we still have the authentic sounds of Mexico, which could include barking dogs, the dogs referenced in past reviews have been removed.

Getting Around:
A popular way to get around the island is by renting golf carts, scooters or bicycles. You can also get around very easily by taxi.

Interaction with Guests:
The property is located to the south of the Guadalupe church. Tell the taxi drive to turn on the street next to CASA MANGO, north of Villa la Bella.

The key is in the lock box outside the door to your suite. Use the code provided to open the box and remove the key to use in the door.
