Welcome to Casa Madero this unique 4 Bedroom home is located in the desired Punta Sur in the luxurious La Diosa neighborhood.

This modern open-concept home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with large living and dining areas and spacious patios with a unique custom pool perfectly fit for entertaining. The most opulent and custom finishings of wood, marble, and stone throughout the home truly make this property a work of art. There are three master suites on the second level, all with their own en-suite bathroom and terrace to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while taking in the stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. All four bedrooms have plush king-size beds. The third floor of this home leads you to a grand rooftop terrace with 360-degree views of the majestic turquoise ocean, a truly perfect place to witness our stunning sunrises over the sea and sunsets over the Cancun coastline.

great place!

We were four couples for a week. Plenty of space. very comfortable. All systems worked. Has a washer and dryer. We had a cart, but took the bus several times which picks up right at the main road.

Isla special place to make memories

The property was tucked away on the South end of the island but very quiet and great home base. We had more than enough room for the whole family and it made a great place to cook, make dinners and jump off to our excursions.

Great house for spring break

We stayed here with our teenage son and another family. The house was very comfortable for everyone. The beds were great, it was clean, and the property manager was great to work with from start to finish. It isn’t in a gated community like was stated but we felt safe. It is located on southern more quiet part of the island, which we enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay near Punta Sur

The entire house and pool were beautiful. The manager was very easy to contact, and fixed issues immediately. Rooms were spacious, all had AC. Kitchen was well stocked. Check out was easy and simple. Would absolutely stay here again!

A Piece of Paradise

The property is everything it shows in the pics. The rooms and bathrooms are wonderfully sized. We had 7 people and everyone had plenty of room. The balcony's were amazing as well! The property was supplied with essentials such as TP, hand soap, towels, paper towels, laundry detergent & softener and 3-5 gallon jugs of water. We had animals (pigs, chickens, peacocks, lizards...) every morning which was a wonderful treat. Upon arrival, Louis met us and showed us around. He was very helpful. It is located on the South side near Punta Sur, so if you plan on traveling to town, you will need to rent Golf cart(s) or a Taxi unless you like walking. The property management was easy to get in touch with and great upon response. We didn't have any issues with the property. I highly recommend.

Fantastic stay! Will return

This property could not have been more perfect for our group - two families with adult kids. Every bedroom having its own en suite bath was great. Kitchen was well appointed for times we cooked at home. Plenty of outdoor space in all three levels, we were never crowded. The pool was wonderful, bigger and deeper than I expected from the pictures. I liked that it’s in a quiet part of the island - you can choose when you want to join the fray. Communication with the local contact was excellent. All around a super experience!

Beautiful Property, but No Hot Water

We had an amazing time staying at this property on Isla Mujeres for my bachelorette girls trip. The location is great, the property itself is beautiful, but during the first 3 out of 4 nights we stayed we had NO hot water. I reached out to the property manager and concierge everyday and each time they would send someone out to relight the pilot light. In the afternoon our last day, the my replaced the entire hot water heater (so at least we could shower the night before we went back home!). After reaching out to management for Everything Isla in three separate emails over a period of two weeks requesting some kind of retribution for the 3/4 nights of cold showers, they have COMPLETELY ghosted me. I really liked our concierge Julia and Capi’s Property Management since they were attentive and did everything they could to make our stay great, but I’m very disappointed with the upper management with Everything Isla for the blatant ignoring of my request; not even a response email to confirm that they heard my concern. Overall, it’s a 50/50 if we were to stay with Everything Isla again. If you book with any of their properties, ask about the hot water! Lol

Top notch!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Madero in the neighborhood of La Diosa. We traveled with a large group of friends. This was our 2nd visit to Isla and both stays were on the south end, Punta Sur area. Quiet and beautiful. House was amazing and felt safe! We toured the island everyday from tip to tip. Our favorite part is all the exploring. Communication was perfect with Capri Properties and Julia from start to finish. See ya in 2024 :)) Thanks for a great vacation.

Relaxing on Isla mujeres

We had an incredible stay at Casa madero on the south end of Isla mujeres. Really enjoyed that each of the 4 king bedrooms had their own bathrooms and ac unit. The beds and linens were very comfortable, and it was very easy to utilize the washer and dryer at the house. The kitchen was nicely furnished and everything worked perfectly. The pool, the grill and the outside area were wonderful. Definitely worth waking up early to catch a sunrise on the top deck. There is some ongoing construction in the neighborhood but they were very quiet and limited the hours that they were working. It was not an issue at all. There are sugar ants like most islands and beach areas have (we have in our house in Florida) but it was also a non-issue. A special thanks to Luis with Capi property management and Julia with everything Isla for making the arrival and stay go smoothly. The door to door service went wonderfully - the WhatsApp was necessary, but easy to use. The grocery shopping service, golf car rental, and excursions through Julia allowed us to just show up and immediately start enjoying our vacation. In regards to restaurants on the islands would like to give a shout out to The Joint, Samura, xantolo, and Lola Valentino. Look forward to returning and would definitely rent this home again. Thank you!

Fantastic house!!

Three of my friends and I stayed here for a week, and we were very pleased. The house had everything you could ask for, the pool was great, the rooftop was perfect for sunrise, the kitchen was had everything you needed, I could go on and on! Julia, the concierge is AWESOME!!!!! She was always quick to respond and gave great information. I would definitely stay here if you are considering a trip to Isla Mujeres

Nice but not so nice

The house is nice, but is a new built and alot of construction is around it also we had no power one night no phone signal at all very scary. Another thing we didn't like was that the water is literally sea water. Nice house but not a 5 star waiting for an answer on my deposit and if they will give me more for us losing a night with no power no ac no phone service. I called and the guy was very rude said call later call later even though he understood me I was speaking Spanish.

The house looks just like the pictures. The pool was wonderful to cool off in the evening. The bedrooms were all comfortable with great air conditioning. The Capi’s management people were awesome quick with response and taking care of anything we needed. The outside furniture was beautiful. We will be back to this house again for sure!

Calm, peaceful , perfect.

We had such a wonderful time in Isla and the Casa was so open and calming. The arches and woodwork were amazing. Comfortable beds and lush towels. The patios , so comfortable and an amazing rooftop. What a view. Julie was terrific. Always answered my questions and requests promptly and professionally. Cannot recommend Everythjhg Isla enough. That’s where my family and myself will be returning whenever we can.

Beautiful vrbo!

Property looked just like the advertisement & was stocked with everything you needed besides groceries. Views were breathtaking & lots to do on the island. We rented a golf cart in town & used that all week which was really fun. We ate delicious food, went to the beach & watched many sunsets. Lots of options for activities & excursions. We used the ATM at the bank to exchange dollars. Then you get the best rate from your bank. Lines can be long…so we just used that route several times throughout the week. One of the best vacations we have had over the years! 💜

Great home on a good area on the island

Home was modern and clean, plenty of room for our large family group. We had a blast here and have no complaints. Beds were comfortable and all household amenities were there.

Isla Murjeres Paradise

Great property with all the amenities and great views. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the patios and rooftop are great as well. Highly recommend.

Perfect

Second time in Isla, stayed in Punta Sur both times. We love it down there, away from crowds but only 20 minute golf cart ride to downtown. House was great for the 7 of us- if enough common rooms to hang out but four bedrooms if we needed a nap or some quiet time. Julia, the concierge, was the best! Communication about arriving and departing g was perfect, and she was available to answer questions about the island or check on excursions.

Great Property

This property had all the amenities one could ask for when coming to relax with family and friends! Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but just a few minutes away if you want to shop. The rooftop view is amazing! We would definitely rent this property again.
