"This was our first real vacation in 5 years and an 8-year late anniversary trip for ourselves. I booked it through Expedia and had a great experience. Itineraries were emailed separately with confirmations and everything went smoothly. I got this trip for about 1800 a person and have seen it gone up as high as about $2,400 during peak season. It was about a 40-minute drive from Cancun airport. The hotel is a fairly new Rio and is absolutely beautiful! The grounds are well maintained daily. The staff is super friendly and speaks very good English. Mostly the food and drink is decent and fresh and neither me or my husband got sick during the stay which was a plus. It is in Costa mujera so it is definitely out of the city so it's a more relaxed Vibe if that's what you're looking for, but we absolutely loved it. The beach is long, both North and South so you can have daily walks I booked a partial ocean view room and they upgraded us to a full ocean view which was very nice for our anniversary. Our room was a corner room, it was I think a bit bigger than usual. So very spacious and clean with no mold stains, dirt or bugs anywhere and are air-condition and fan worked perfectly the whole stay. You can walk to the pools in like 3 minutes from pretty much anywhere on the property and the Beach is another 2 minutes away. Overall we had an amazing stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for an all-inclusive adult only resort!"

"The food overall and specifically the menus for vegans were incredible! A special shout out to Javier for making my husband a special vegan breakfast! The kindness of the staff at the larger buffet was incredible. The aqua sports team were great- I had so much fun with the aqua fit, the spinning and the board classes . My master class tequila tasting was perfection! The Cielo Bar is magical at night and there is no cocktail they couldn't make! The beach staff and pool staff were always present and attentive with menus and drinks. the night entertainment was fun. I heard from some reviews that the hotel is on the quiet side almost boring! We couldn't disagree more . There was a great 80s band one night, karaoke another night and the other night I went there was the silent disco which was a blast! We loved this hotel so much that we're going back for my birthday in October . Thankyou Atelier....see you again! "
