"The staff was very friendly. Yeison our butker waz amazing he helped in every possible way, answered our calls everytime. I will definetly refer him to friends and families that visit Fenix. Kevin was great to. He introduced me to Renacer, great refreshing drink. There was a lady also, cant remember her name. She told us how they take care and rescue tje dogs on the property. Great example of kindness and thank you for taking care of those angels. "

"The service was incredibly attentive, and and friendly. And they even allowed us to stay until 2 o’clock in order to enjoy the morning and head to the airport later in the afternoon, without any additional cost. Also, an incredible location, walking distance to the beach and all of the commerce and restaurants in the area. We had a third-floor ocean view suite a boat, 20 m from the water, which was absolutely spectacular. Considering the price this to me was an incredibly good value."

"We recently stayed at this hotel. I have to say I was a little worried about the rating but now having stayed there I can honestly say it was wonderful. The staff is so nice! They go out of their way to be accommodating. The manager Tanya went around to each table to make sure eveyone was having a good time. We asked a few questions regarding the water situation. Many people commented that they should have water for guests. Well, Tanya explained this to us. Drinking water is liquid gold...

"The beach was beautiful, our room was nice and the staff were great however the property was just missing something, needed more music with dinner etc and some activities to be included ie bikes and kayaks. Limited food options for vegetarian which was hard bc you’re fairly isolated from other restaurants etc. we had a good stay but these things definitely could have taken it from good to great"
