"Beautiful property in the most beautiful area of the island. Coral Ridge House has been impeccably designed inside and out with great detail. Fully stocked kitchen, bottled water, purified ice, comfortable beds and bedding. Plush towels. Great snorkeling and scuba diving right outside the backyard.Walking distance to everything you need. Two great places to eat very near and everything else within .5 - 1.5 miles.You are greeted at the ferry by the host manager with all logistics arranged. A very inexpensive tuk tuk ride over the bridge and you’re at your home away from home. If you’re lucky enough to meet the hosts and you’re a dog lover, you won’t want to leave! Utila is fabulous little island with great people, great food and a great vibe. It is a divers paradise but you don’t need to be a diver to enjoy. Be sure to rent a golf cart or quad and explore the island. You can also walk everywhere. If you’re open to it you’ll meet people and likely make friends.We most definitely will be back! "We recently stayed in the three-bedroom villa (3 1/2 baths) on Utila, and it was the perfect home base for our island getaway. The location is fantastic—close to everything but tucked into a quiet end of the island, so we could relax after a day of exploring. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning, which made nights cool and comfortable even in the tropical heat, and the living areas stayed breezy and inviting.The villa itself is well equipped for a comfortable stay. The kitchens are nicely set up with the basics you need for cooking at home, and all of the units in the complex come with washing machines, which was a real convenience for our group. The swimming pool was a lovely feature, perfect for a morning dip or a late-afternoon lounge after a day out. Security feels reassuring here—a 24-hour guard is on duty, not because you’re worried, but because it adds a sense of calm and safety that’s hard to beat when you’re traveling.What truly stood out was the service. Doris, the house manager, handled issues quickly and professionally. A couple of small hiccups did arise—this is an island, after all—but Doris’ prompt responses and the team’s can-do attitude kept everything running smoothly. It’s also worth noting that this property isn’t an American-style resort; it embraces the authentic island vibe and charm that makes Utila special. The complex comprises two three-bedroom villas and four two-bedroom villas, all with reliable amenities and a quiet, restful ambiance."

"Location was ideal - great snorkelling from the front door, but climbing in and out of the water is not for folks with limited athletic abilities & walking out in the shallow water requires person to be sure-footed. Outdoor seating did not provide the comfort we generally look for, and found this to be a tad lacking. Possibly, being over 50, played a role in our seating needs.Happy we stayed, enjoyed the Cays, very welcoming experience, all our needs were met by the services available. "

"The host, Cheri, was great! Her communication through the whole process was top notch!!The house is the best stocked home we've stayed in, and we've stayed in quite a few! It was comfortable and had everything we could need. The home is situated oceanside, with a little cove to explore. The outdoor furniture was great for morning coffee with sunrises and ocean watching Cheri provides excellent concierge service. She answered many of our questions before we even got to Utila which helped me pull together the trip. She also took care of so many seemingly "small" details for our trip which made the trip so much less stressful and more enjoyable. A few of the things included providing trusted transportation from the airport to the ferry so we didn't miss the once a day ferry, she sent a tuktuk to pick us up and take us to the house so we didnt have to find it first day, then had a golf cart waiting for us when we got there and more. We cannot say enough about how well she took care of us and made our stay that much better!! "

"So happy we stayed here for our week on the island!! Easy to get back and forth to the north island with Neptunes being so close and the dive boats will pick you up there as well. House looks perfectly out at the water and the screened in porch makes it so great to enjoy without mosquitoes. AC worked perfectly, everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was perfect! Fire pit gives you an opportunity to enjoy the waves at night with a drink in your hand too! Overall perfect house and we will definitely stay again for our next visit."
