"Staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful. Tea,coffee juice etc all included at breakfast, helpful to know if you are just b&b. We had room 204 which was a first floor sea view room at the front, lovely and clean, huge smart tv, free safe. Only thing we missed was tea and coffee making facilities, no kettle etc but there is a fridge.free parking was difficult and pot luck but you can use the big underground one just outside at a discount 14 euros per 24 hours. Lovely hotel and good staff, we would stay again if in the area."

"Excellent location. Spotlessly clean and exceptionally helpful staff! Nothing was too much trouble and the bbq was excellent! They made such a special effort for my vegetarian daughter too! We’ll definitely be back"

"Great first impression, lobby is beautifully presented and smells lovely, check in nice and relaxed with seats and drinks! Room was fantastic, very spacious, great sea view (especially at sunrise!), comfy and large bed, clever and well thought out controls. Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, lots of options every night with different themes giving plenty of variety, and always some plain options for picky eaters Pool and bar/grill area was great, with more tasty food and gorgeous views over the beach. Hydrothermal circuit in the spa was lovely and relaxing, we particularly liked the recommended order to help those less experienced get the most benefit, and the pool had so many different features that gave massage-like experiences. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and spoke good english"

"This is my 5th visit to this hotel since 2018. As ever I enjoyed the overall experience. Staff are very good and I would highlight many enjoyable interactions I had with the cleaning staff and also in the restaurant. In addition, the staff on reception made me feel very welcome when I arrived. I was allocated one of the refurbished superior rooms and what a difference. Gone are the old green carpets and instead a more hygienic laminate flooring. There are also power points round the bed making it convenient to charge your devices. Overall very good."

"It was a great experience, 9/10, but the only down fall was no ac and the fact the fan was tiny and didn’t help with the heat. The property overall is beautiful from check in even though it’s on a sketchy looking street. The room itself is pretty mediocrce. It made me feel like I was taking a vow of poverty. The room had the bare minimum of amenities but was tolerable if you brought your own things. The staff went above and beyond everything. They were extremely kind and helpful despite a small language barrier."
