was the ultimate rainforest treat. I enjoyed a fantastic massage while immersed in the sounds of the rainforest. We enjoyed zip lining with our 12 year old. It was one of the best zip lining courses we have experienced around the world. The food at the main restaurant La Rosa was mediocre. But the El Palmar resort restaurant next door offered great food."

If the noisy, smelly and crowded Bocas Town is not for you (as well), then definitely check out the Al Natural Residence and/or resort. Away from anything else, in the middle of nature, beaches and gorgeous sealife! The residence was just perfect, with stunning views over the ocean and the jungle. Highly recommended!"

"We would totally recommend this property to anyone. It was the perfect fit for two families. The rooms are huge and basically their own suites which worked well for all of our range of kids and also privacy for the adults. The view from the house and pool are incredible! The beds are great and it was amazing to have laundry as an option. It is in a great location of the resort as well, super close to the club which has great lunch and drink options.
