"Un lugar maravilloso con una mala experiencia de checking donde nos hacen un tour por las instalaciones que eran solo para vender productos y servicios . Llegamos temprano al hotel así que esperamos varias horas por la habitación y en el tour la primera parada fue en la tienda de souvenirs , luego en el lugar donde te vendían tratamientos y masajes . Cómo 20 minutos de venta que parecía la venta agresiva de tiempo compartido . Por otro lado el lugar, las instalaciones, la cómoda y la gente de primer nivel."

"Éste hotel ha sido uno de mis favoritos es siempre limpios el Personal muy amable tanto en el Front desk como en el restaurant e incluye el desayuno. Está en pleno centro de bocas del Toro puede agarrar a Walking Distance para todos los restaurantes, bares, tienda, etc. y está en una zona Segura"

"Everyone went above & beyond . The owner & all the staff especially the young woman managing the restaurant. The place is beyond cute . The owner is an artist . I stayed at resort the whole time to relax . I ate all my meals there & I am a foodie & they were all excellent. Something for everyone . My room was on the water with big glass sliding doors & A/C. Good for families & couples & singles of all ages . Wonderful."

"Central location, 4 minutes taxi away from the airport, good value for the money, very good restaurant with a view, very friendly personnel. Easy connection by boat taxi from the hotel to any other island location. Mr. Dayner +507-6335-0734 has been an excellent private tour guide and we recommend him."

"Caracol was rustic but magical. The staff was lovely and it’s so peaceful surrounded by water. Being able to step off my private dock and swim was a delight, and I spent lots of time in my hammock. The restaurant was tasty and the staff was helpful for arranging boat transfers if you wanted to go places."

"Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the resort, Esthefany and the entire staff were very accommodating and made certain that all of our needs were met. The resort offers a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere and the views were picturesque. We enjoyed a private boat tour of the island which included snorkeling, dolphin watching, and relaxation at the beach and we also participated in the zip line experience. Orbitz did not provide an option to add on the transfer from the airport to the boat tender (less than 5 mins away) but there was a gentleman from the resort that shuttled our group to the tender upon arrival. Great experience!!!"

"This was our favourite stop on our 3 week trip. This property is a piece of paradise. The bungalow over the water was amazing - clean and spacious! The breakfast was wonderful and the lunch and dinner options were also amazing. We loved the nature trail and we made good use of the paddle boards on offer. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like family. All of the staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. They were wonderful with our 16 month old. Special shout out to Rafia (sorry if this is spelt wrong) - he was brilliant with our son! This hotel will always be our favourite holiday destination. Thank you so much everyone, we hope to be vac one day!"

"My boyfriend and I spent 2 absolutely perfect nights here. Pierre was so incredibly helpful and all but predicted our needs. From arranging taxis for us to booking our Zapatillas tour, he helped us with everything and anything we needed. HIGHLY recommend booking the zapatillas tour with him as the tour company he uses is not only respectful of the animals and the environment but were also similar wonderful guides. The hotel itself is nestled in the jungle of the island which was incredible. Sitting on the balcony outside of our room we saw monkeys and during breakfast Pierre pointed out some sloths and even had binoculars for us to use! Simply put, our stay here was magical. Cannot recommend enough."
