"Stayed here during the 75th anniversary of d-day. On arrival didn't know how to check in but was not a problem as owner lives next door. Great location to easily get to other places. Resident chickens in the garden made our stay welcoming and interesting. One day owner left us fresh eggs and on the last night of our stay left us a bottle of wine and biscuits. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back."

"This little tucked away home was perfect for our Normandy getaway. We were minutes from Omaha Beach and the American Cemetery, 1.5 hours to Mont St. Michel, and 2 hours to Honfleur. The house is very well-appointed, Jean has made sure everything is covered! Kitchen appliances and anything needed to make a meal was available. Bed was very comfortable. "This home was a favorite for my family of 6. We appreciated everything about it. It has a fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were large and had very comfortable beds. We were able to relax at the home and were very near many historical landmarks. We loved overlooking the English Channel. "No meet& Greet. Just collect key in Bayeux and drop off in Bayeux on completion. Very inconvenient. The property description made no ref. to the living accom. being at 1st floor level up what can only be described at best as an extremely demanding staircase up which, on arrival we had somehow to drag our luggage and at the end of our holiday get our cases down. Three level changes as soon as you opened the entrance door! Toilet and bathroom facilities are at ground floor level so you can imagine...

"This is a really lovely place except it is very let down by the tired and rundown condition of the accommodation. The pools and surroundings are beautifully kept. It is a shame that the same level of care is not given to the interiors of the properties. In particular the bathrooms are in dire need of updating and everything in the kitchen looked like it needed a good scrub. Do not be fooled by the photos of the accommodation shown.
