"It was a very clean and comfortable room for a single traveler. WiFi is provided specifically for your room, and amenities such as toothbrushes and nightwear is included in your stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast served! It was a mixture of Japanese and Western foods. The hotel itself is right across from the airport's Access Plaza, which holds the Tourist Information center and the train station. I only speak a little Japanese, and after a full day of traveling, and I needed help checking in. The staff member helping me was incredibly kind. The walls are a little thin, and that could be a problem for light sleepers. I was fine though!"

"Dated hotel but can tell that they have refurbished the rooms. Private baths can be booked freely! Staffers spoke minimal English but it was passable. Street is otherwise pretty quiet and a quaint neighbourhood. Food in restaurant at top level boasts a great view. "

"Property was very much a traditional Japanese hotel. Felt good to enjoy such a hotel with a Japanese architectural design throughout the property and each room down to an onsen in each room. Additionally, the inner sanctuary was within walking distance. Highl6 recommend this hotel and property!"
