"Our stay with the Ritz Carlton Las Collinas was so enjoyable. The property is beautiful and the staff was so willing to go above and beyond to make the experience a pleasure. We will be staying at this hotel when we travel to Dallas."

"My only complaint about the property is that the refridgerators really need to be checked/upgraded. It sucks not to be able to keep a drink cold or save left overs. We unfortunaltey had to throw away food due to our fridge not working. Fortunatley, the young lady at the front desk compensated us with vouchers to the hotel restauarant which was really nice. Those lemon pepper wings were scrumptious! However, please fix the fridges!"

"Location was perfect for Texas Frightmare weekend, but the room was tight with no space. Mind you, I said 2 adults and 2 teens. It was unbearable. The AC froze up majority of our nights and sleep was limited. Pool was awesome. Sink was tiny and shower spilled over into the hall. "
