"I had read that the rooms were soundproof and shrugged. I've heard that before. This location is in the path of the airport, the parking lot was packed; I didn't hear a peep all night. I slept great. The room was IGLOO cold upon arrival - for a hot summer day, it was refreshing and easy to adjust to my desired temp and sleep well. The number of outlets and locations of them is worthy of FIVE STARS alone. Not to mention the extra mirrors away from the vanity with two sets of outlets at different heights - very functional. Everything you need in a simplistic set up. I love that the refrigerator has a glass door - easy to see what you might otherwise forget in there. If you desire a 60" streaming TV in a 275 sq ft room, this is the place for you. I booked this room at the last minute, got a great rate, had low expectations, and was quickly impressed. From the three attentive staff members at the check in counter upon arrival, to the selections in the "pantry", to the cleanliness and functionality of the room - I have no complaints. The true quietness of the room and black out curtains were bonus. I will confidently book a room here again in the future. I did not utilize the amenities: pool, bar, lounge, breakfast, gym - I was simply there to sleep and shower, but everything I observed looked in good order and welcoming."

"When I arrived I had to wait for housekeeping to finish with my room, I then had to drive back home because they needed a physical credit card. It’s too hot to go back & forth, I ended up leaving my bags at the hotel when I went back home. When I came back I was given the wrong room. It was my first time here so when I was given a room with just a living room you could imagine how confused I was, I felt silly that I couldn’t figure out what door led to my bedroom. I was in my room for an hour or two until I finally called the front desk, they sent someone to tell me I was given the wrong room, I had to struggle with my bags again, I had everything set up already so I had to pack up again. Due to so many mistakes they were kind enough to give us a courtesy meal & a room upgrade. If there were no mistakes I’m sure we would’ve loved it but we just like it, probably won’t be back"

"We booked this hotel after our flight was delayed to the following day which was very stressful for us. When we got to the hotel the woman at the front desk was so nice. She was able to get us a room right away. The breakfast was one of the best free hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had - waffles, eggs, fresh fruit and more! The room was very clean. When we asked about a restaurant we could walk to for dinner, the front desk was very helpful and even gave us a coupon for one of the closer restaurants. This seemed like a brand new hotel or was just completely renovated."

"The room itself was clean. Although you could smell weed in the hallway and half the time the elevator wasn't working and the tub had mold around it. Had to turn the ac down to 63 before it would actually start to coll the room. Quiet area though and easy to get in and out of. Would I stay again? Sure."
