"Justin at check in was awesome, he was nice & professional very welcoming.. The room was clean & comfortable. The lamp on the wall didn't work & the fridge didn't get real cold but everything was compatible for our nights stay. Housekeepers was nice & helped me with my older dog, while I took my very hyper pup to the car, When your in need of somewhere good to stay while in Richmond ky this red roof is great . My #1 pick.. "This is a beautiful property that is newly renovated/currently under renovation. That being said, any work being done didn't disturb us at all. The rooms are gorgeous, comfortable, and very clean. My children and I had a blast at the pool and small arcade. The restaurant in the hotel makes delicious food - it was nice not to have to leave to eat. The staff in the hotel and restaurant were all exceptionally friendly. My only feedback for the hotel is that the breakfast could have more of a selection and should switch from powdered eggs to real, and the pool could be a touch warmer. However, these things will not deter us from going back. "

"This hotel was beautiful. Everything was great from the rooms to the heated pool. I have arthritis and usually have to avoid the pools when traveling, but this pool was perfect and I was able to enjoy it along with the rest of my family. The grounds were beautifully maintained as well."
