"This is a fabulous place to stay. Very reasonable price for the quality and the perfect blend of old-time charm and modern amenities. We will be back and back again. A family emergency for the cleaning person meant that the cabin hadn't been cleaned before we arrived, but the host was immediately responsive and excellent about getting it cleaned for us. Even with this hiccup, I have no hesitation about staying there again."

Spacious Secluded Cabin on 100 Acres Near Red River Gorge

"We travelled to the area to attend a wedding and wanted a cabin to accommodate our family of five. It was an absolutely beautiful cabin! We loved the Big Foot theming. The property was great as well and we enjoyed the fire pit. The only downside was the WiFi was out all weekend. It is very secluded, so there wasn’t much of a cell signal either, so we were pretty cut off from the outside world, until we travelled out to the main road. Traveling with little ones, they were disappointed they couldn’t watch TV or use their iPads. Other than that, the cabin was well stocked with games to keep kids entertained. We would try out the cabin again in the future."

"Room had the basics: clean room and sheets, adequate towels, hairdryer, offered shampoo but not conditioner, minifridge with good small freezer component, wifi/TV worked well. No staff onsite but did not need them (staff at realty comapany at local store). Basics, clean, heat/AC work well without being noisy. Area= small settlement in mountains but has good BBQ restaurant. Would return again but bring food for lunch breakfast."

"This was a nice place to stay. The bed in our room was very hard and was very low. Room was clean, but floor felt under my shoes to be a little slick as they were wet for being outside. The water was great as hot water was instantly available but shower had no pressure. Room description said there was a couch but it was an oversized chair."
