"Great hotel that we have used for multiple trips to Glasgow, great to have lots of options on site: food, drink, pool and gym (all are great). Great location if staying for concerts held across the river and only a short walk to the pedestrian bridge to get there. Have always felt safe staying in the area and very walkable to the multiple shopping areas though it is a good 20 minute walk into the main centre (though plenty of transport options also). Will definitely use again when visiting Glasgow 😊"

"On our way to the hotel the day before our flight back to Canada our rental car broke down on the motor way. My wife was eventually dropped off at the hotel reception area with all our luggage while I had to finalize the return of the car. During my absence all of the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive We later dined in the restaurant, the dinner was excellent and the supervisor was most attentive."
