"Overall, our stay was disappointing. Apartment was clean with close access to trains but host never bothered to tell us the place was located right in the middle of Korea Town which is not what we would want for a once in a lifetime stay in Toyko! Check in was terrifying after 20 hours of travel as the host neglected to inform us the key lock code was changed. Lots of difficulty regulating the heat and host was not as helpful with that as we would have expected. Never responded when we said we...

"We booked 5 different hotels in this trip , this is the best hotel we've stayed, great experience, service was fantastic , i have to point out one person , she is Huang, very professional and such attentively worker and with nice personality , this hotel everything is beautiful , breakfast is superior, everything is number 1, I would strongly recommend , for sure i will come back."
