"Everything was perfect. The staff was nice, the location was central to everything, the rooms were very clean, but they were a little small though. We had an amazing view of the city. The only little thing we noticed was the bathroom in the waiting area on the check in/ out floor. It could have been a little bit more maintained. It was very minor, and can be overlooked."

"Excellent hotel! The breakfast buffet was a highlight, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms are a decent size by Tokyo standards. As a quick heads-up for others: there is a large step up into the bathroom, so you may want to contact the hotel if you have mobility issues (though it wasn't a problem for us). The property is clean and tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. Being right next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building gave us easy access to the observation deck and the evening light show. There is also a convenient bus service directly to Shibuya. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Room was small but perfectly designed to be comfortable. Hotel was just a little off the centre which was very nice to be away from the chaos of Shinjuku downtown but still very walkable. Very convenient to have an efficient storage room and laundry facilities. Staff was very helpful."
