The toilet is placed tightly next to the wall that you can only sit diagonally! Absolutely no space to put anything in the room. Suitcases tucked under the bed. If you have a 3rd suitcase, you are screwed! Checkout is at 10:00 am while all other hotels are at 11 or noon. Extended time for a fee. "The pool access is a paid service and it was not in booking details. The hotel room was cleaned every 3 days which I do appreciate although the rooms can be bigger for the pricing we were paying for. On days when room cleaning service is not performed you still get clean towels. Laundry access only have 6 washers and dryers and honestly it was pretty expensive as they weren’t huge washers. "We really liked this hotel! There were 3 of us, and we each got the single small rooms, but they worked great for just 1 person. It was super clean with a daily refresh of amenities (room service too, if you ask). The breakfast was fantastic and worth it! It had a mix of cultures and very allergy friendly (especially major 7 allergens)! It also was a perfect location in Otsuka, right near train station and had a bunch of shops/dining!
